Erin grew up on the Southern California coast of Palos Verdes Estates and her passion for active living has motivated her to travel and experience many parts of the world.
These opportunities began when Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo offered her a spot on their team to run Cross Country. She graduated with a BS in Food Science, and then proceeded traveling through Europe and living in Northern California and Maui, but ultimately it was Squaw Valley that became home. Skiing and running during the day while working at night was the perfect lifestyle to get in her fix of exercise and mountain air. Her passion for the area led her to become a Conference Planning Manager for the Resort at Squaw Creek, organizing numerous meetings, events and weddings. Erin’s love for the industry also gave her the chance to work at the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City in 2002. Squaw Valley will always hold a piece of her heart since that is where she met her husband, Doug. They now have made Truckee their home, and have two children (Ethan and daughter, Ryan) who enjoyed learning to ski at Squaw Valley. When the winter thaws out, the kids play baseball, soccer, basketball, dance and golf. Many of these activities are coached by Doug. With all that the Tahoe/Truckee area has to offer for recreational activities and lifestyle, it only makes sense to be able to work as a Realtor and help others achieve the goal of ownership. It is such a fantastic place, who would not want to share it!
